The Robert Pattinson-Kristen Stewart-Nikki Reed love triangle is over. O-V-E-R. So which New Moon hottie is no longer trying to win Rob's heart? We're so sorry to say...

Robki fans are going to be very disappointed.

Nikki is out of the picture. This babe actually took herself out of the equation, folks...kind of.

Sean Penn, Robin Wright Penn Separation Rerun

Sean Penn has apparently milked his marriage for all it's worth.

Proving the second time was not the charm for the newly minted Oscar winner and his missus, the actor has filed for a legal separation from Robin Wright Penn.

According to court documents, Penn filed for "legal separation with minor children" last Friday. The duo has two children together, 18-year-old daughter Dylan and 15-year-old son Hopper Jack. (No explanation was given as to why the 18-year-old is listed as a minor, but she just had her birthday on April 13, suggesting the filing may have been in the works for a bit.)

Per the Marin County Superior Court filing, Penn requested a termination in the court's jurisdiction to award spousal support to Wright Penn. He is also seeking joint custody of the kids.

This is the second time in as many years the actor's actors, who met in 1990 and have been married since 1996, have broken up.

Back on Dec. 21, 2007, it was Wright Penn who took legal action to end their union, filing a divorce petition in Marin County Superior Court. At the time, she sought joint custody of the kids and blamed the union's demise on irreconcilable differences, which, it turned out, weren't so irreconcilable after all.

A few short months later, in April 2008, the duo had the divorce dismissed and were soon back to living in what appeared to be marital bliss.

The 43-year-old Wright Penn accompanied her 48-year-old hubby at February's Oscars ceremony, playing the doting wife when he took home his second Best Actor trophy, for Milk.

Unfortunately, the split falls in line with another Hollywood tradition, namely the curse of winning an Oscar, losing your partner. Penn, who neglected to give his wife a name check during his acceptance speech, follows in the footsteps of Reese Witherspoon, Halle Berry, Hilary Swank and a pre-Danny Moder Julia Roberts.

Twilight's Peter Facinelli Wants to Kick My Ass

Sounds like things got a little heated the other day over at Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth's house—and I'm to blame!

I recently posted some jokey comments Garth made to me during an interview about being "pissed off" that hubby Peter doesn't cook for her like he apparently does for his Twilight costars.

Mr. Facinelli cooked up a response to yours truly.

"Lets not try to make a 'meal' out of this," he wrote in an email. "My wife was joking. The reason I stopped cooking so much is because she's better at it. And most nights I take her out to eat anyway. She's not 'pissed off.' So lets not try to stir up some controversy where it doesn't exist."

I quickly offered to buy Facinelli and Garth dinner, but I never heard back from them...until yesterday.

My intrepid reporter Dahvi Shira caught up with Facinelli at last night's LG Rumorous Night party.

"Tell Marc I'm going to kick his ass," he said. "Tell him if I see him, I'm going to kick his ass."

Not to worry, Mr. Facinelli was joking.

With that out of the way, Dahvi then grilled him for New Moon scoop. He said the cast hangs out together all the time.

Then, Ryan had to tease Simon about being off his game last night (he called Matt's performance "brilliant" and thought Adam a cut above, as always).

Simon's allowed a blip or two, though. America, on the other hand... More than 47 million votes were cast and not enough were in Adam's favor to put him in the top three. Does that mean the genre-bending singer has to worry about not making the finale?

It's madness, we tell you! But at least it's the kind that makes things a little more interesting.

While everyone has been waiting to see what happens in the case of Chris Brown’s alleged beating of Rihanna, Brown’s lawyer is petitioning to get the whole thing thrown out of court.

The “Kiss Kiss” singer’s lawman Mark Geragos claims that there’s no way to have a fair trial as a result of leaks in the procedures taken by police.

Geragos told press, “The leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regards to outrageous governmental misconduct,” following a hearing today in LA Superior Court.

As for a timeline, the next hearing has been scheduled for May 28th at which time a judge will determine whether or not there is enough evidence to mount a full-fledged trial. If so, the trial will begin in June.

Rihanna Wants Cops to Return $1 Million in Jewelry

Four jewelers who lent Rihanna approximately $1 million worth of accessories the night of her alleged beating by Chris Brown want their bling back.

Since late March, Rihanna, 21, has been trying to recover the borrowed jewelry from the LAPD, who took the items into evidence in their investigation.

"Since there appears to be no evidentiary value to the continued holding of this jewelry ... we respectfully [ask] the court to order the return of this property to [Rihanna] without further delay," her lawyer Donald Etra wrote in a court request filed earlier this week.

The items were described as two yellow metal hoop earrings with white stones; one yellow metal ring with white stones and green stones; and two yellow metal rings with white stones.

"If the DA doesn't need the items, and the LAPD doesn't need the items, there's no reason why they shouldn't be returned," Etra tells PEOPLE.

A source adds that Rihanna also borrowed a Gucci dress for the Feb. 7 Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Party she attended, which also has not been returned.

Etra states in the documents that the owners of the jewelry were going to hold Rihanna liable if the accessories weren't returned, with the total cost and damages related to their late return as more than $1.4 million.

According to the court papers, the LAPD detective on the case referred Etra to the prosecutor on the case, who apparently has not responded to requests for the jewelry's return.

"At this stage, we're not even sure what evidence is going to be entered into the case," DA spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons tells PEOPLE. "For now, we don't have any further comment on this matter."

The LAPD also declined to comment.

Brown, who has pleaded not guilty to two felony charges, has a court date of April 29.

Sources say Marie, 23, and Mayer, 31, met in 2008 at the Beverly Hills cigar club Grand Havana Room, where she currently works as a bartender and cocktail waitress.

Although the pair have not stepped out publicly, "they've spent time together over the past few months," a source tells PEOPLE. "They're enjoying getting to know each other."

Marie is also an aspiring actress – she guest stars as Maria, the pizza delivery girl of the Jonas Brothers' dreams on their upcoming TV show JONAS, which debuts on the Disney Channel on May 2. (Marie's episode airs May 16).

Lindsay's Weight Loss Is a Cry for Attention

Linday Lohan's wraith-like appearance this week while shopping with her sister, Ali, in Los Angeles has shocked even some of her closest friends, sources tell PEOPLE.

"She is a self-destructive person," says a source close to Lohan. "It's all part of her cry for attention. She wants Sam [Ronson, her ex-girlfriend] to see how bad she's hurting and she wants Hollywood to see her as a 'tortured artist' who is wasting away … This is a symptom of something much bigger – a desperate need to be noticed."

The cry for help appears to be working, at least to an extent. Lohan has spoken publicly about her recent breakup, telling Ellen DeGeneres on her show April 23 that the split "came out of nowhere." And yet the pair continue to spend time together.

On Thursday, Lohan visited Ronson at her Los Angeles home for about six hours. According to a source, "Lindsay had her assistant drive her to Sam's house around 1 p.m." When Lohan left six hours later, the source says, she looked "very happy."

While Lohan may have looked happy, her extremely thin appearance is cause for worry among friends. "When Lindsay is off-balance, she'll pull out every issue you can imagine," says another source close Ronson. "She doesn't eat. She stays up all night and sleeps all day, so she misses meals. When she is doing good, when she is happy, her appetite is healthy and her weight is healthy."

Lindsay Lohan's rep tells PEOPLE that the actress' thin frame is not cause for concern, saying, "Her weight is fine." And a Lohan friend scoffs at reports that the star is spiraling downward and that her weight is alarmingly troublesome. "Lindsay has been in a very good place," says the source.

It's Complicated

On Friday, Ronson changed her Facebook relationship status from "single" to "It's complicated." Of the switch, the source close to Ronson says she changes things on her Facebook page all the time as a joke. "It would be crazy to base any real information on what she has there. She is single. Tomorrow it might say she is married to Tom Cruise, you never know."

Meanwhile, another source says the Ronson family is "stressed out by the relationship." "Lindsay is so controlling that she could have had all the Ronson siblings be on her side if she was nice to them, but she always had to be in charge of the situation," says the source. "If they are on their way to Gucci, she will make them all go to Prada."

Even going to a bar or restaurant is cause for strife. "She has to go to the one she wants," says the source. "She will have a fit if she is not riding shotgun [in the front seat]. And if she doesn't get her way, she will complain and harass until she gets her way."

As for the couple continuing to talk, that's no surprise, says the source. "Samantha's not a mean person who would ditch her," says one. "She doesn't hate her – it's just too much."

'Lost' Star Sued for Sexual Harassment

Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on the show "Lost," is being sued for sexual harassment.

According to a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Chelsea Stone claims that while working on the show, Cusick placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.

She also claims Cusick "placed his face on top of [her] breasts, moving his face from side to side." He then squeezed her breasts with his hands.

According to the lawsuit, approximately twelve days after this went down, Stone was let go. ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named as defendants. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Samantha Ronson on Relationship With Lindsay Lohan: "It's Complicated"

Kim Kardashian is the latest celebrity to slam Miss California Carrie Prejean's anti-gay marriage stance, which she verbalized at the Miss USA pageant last weekend.

"I don't agree with her narrow mindedness and neither do a lot of people," Kardashian, 28, tells PEOPLE of Prejean's much-discussed response to judge Perez Hilton's query of her opinion the civil rights issue. "I'm not so narrow-minded so I definitely think a lot broader. Everyone has the right to be happy and be treated equally and I think not allowing gay marriage just kind of puts us back."

Adds Kardashian, "I believe you're in love with who you're in love with, and you should be able to marry them. No one should tell someone else how to think or how to feel."

Kardashian says she appreciates that Prejean was merely saying what she believed, but that may not have been the most tolerant of opinions. "I obviously have a completely different opinion but I think her answer was true to her," Kardashian says. "That answer represented her and how she felt. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. She stood up for what she believes in so she should be happy with that backlash."

Heidi and Spencer Twitter 'I'm a Celebrity'

The cast of NBC's rebooted version of "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!" will be announced Friday morning. But the names of a number of contestants — and one wannabe contestant, former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich — are already out there. Even though it's top secret.

Predictably, it has been the publicity-lovin' Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt — the happy "Hills" couple —who will reportedly be on the show, who have most egregiously laughed in the face of the NBC embargo. By posting "hints" of their whereabouts today on their Twitter feeds.

Robert Rodriguez wields 'Machete'

Robert Rodriguez is ready to cut a wide swathe, and his plans include re-launching the "Predator" franchise for Fox and co-directing "Machete."

For the later, the filmmaker will create a feature out of the blade- wielding antihero who appeared in a mock trailer that was part of "Grindhouse."

Rodriguez is eyeing a June start date in Austin for "Machete," a film that is financed and produced by Overnight Productions, with Danny Trejo starring as the title character.

Machete is a Mexican ex-Federale with a gift for wielding a blade, who hides out as a day laborer, who is double-crossed by a corrupt state senator.

Rodriguez wrote the script and will direct the film with Ethan Maniquis, his longtime editor. The film is being produced by Rodriguez, Rick Schwartz of Overnight Productions and Aaron Kaufman.

Not immediately clear is whether Rodriguez and Overnight will find a way to use the irresistible marketing slogan that appeared in the "Grindhouse" trailer: "This time, they fucked with the wrong Mexican." It is the first non-studio movie that Rodriguez has directed since "El Mariachi."

For Fox, Rodriguez has scripted "Predators," a film that will bring back the dreadlock-sporting alien hunter who originated in the 1987 Arnold Schwarzenegger hit "Predator." While a sequel didn't become a hit, Fox kept the alien sharp by launching the "Alien Vs. Predator," a wildly profitable series that has racked up strong grosses and DVD sales, wit little or no gross out the door.

While Rodriguez juggles these projects, he's also directing his script "Nerveracker" for Dimension Films, with Bob Weinstein setting a 2010 release for the futuristic action thriller.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt joins 'Inception'

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is coming on board Christopher Nolan's "Inception," the filmmaker's thriller for Warner Bros. that stars Leonardo DiCaprio.

A veil of secrecy exists over loglines, though the project, which Nolan also wrote, is described as a contemporary sci-fi actioner set within "the architecture of the mind."

It is known that Gordon-Levitt is taking the role to have been played by James Franco, who bowed out over scheduling issues. He would play an associate of DiCaprio's character, a CEO-type.

Marion Cotillard is already on board as DiCaprio's wife, while Ellen Page is playing a grad student and DiCaprio's sidekick. Cillian Murphy is also in the cast.

Nolan and the studio are aiming for a summer shoot ahead of a 2010 release.

Nolan and Emma Thomas are producing through their Warners-based Syncopy Films shingle.

Gordon-Levitt, repped by CAA, has a big summer lined up: He stars in "500 Days of Summer," the romantic comedy that earned much buzz in Sundance and is now set for a July 17 release by Fox Searchlight, and plays the villainous Cobra Commander in Paramount tentpole "G. I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra," which opens Aug. 7.

Third 'Twilight' Film Lands Director

David Slade is the newest master vampire.

The "30 Days of Night" director will take a slightly less gory approach to the blood-sucking brood when he helms "Eclipse," the third installment of Stephenie Meyer's best-selling "Twilight" franchise. Summit Entertainment has just signed Slade to the project, which it plans to release June 30, 2010.

Melissa Rosenberg, who penned the adaptations of "Twilight" and its sequel, "New Moon," will also script "Eclipse."

The third book follows heroine Bella Swan as she nears graduation while trying to navigate the dangers of the ongoing vampire-werewolf struggle. Mysterious killings turn up around Seattle, a malicious vampire looks for revenge and Bella's romantic life with Edward becomes complicated.

"I am thrilled that David Slade will be directing 'Eclipse,' " said Meyer. "He's a visionary filmmaker who has so much to offer this franchise. From the beginning, we've been blessed with wonderful directorial talent for the 'Twilight' saga, and I'm so happy that 'Eclipse' will be carrying on with that tradition."

Summit president of production Erik Feig added: "Stephenie Meyer's 'Eclipse' is a muscular, rich, vivid book, and we at Summit looked long and hard for a director who could do it justice. We believe we have found that talent in David Slade, a director who has been able to create complex, visually arresting worlds."

Released in late 2008 with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson starring and Catherine Hardwicke directing, "Twilight" has grossed more than $350 million worldwide. The second installment, "New Moon," is in production now with director Chris Weitz. It is set for release Nov. 20.

Slade, who is repped by WMA and Anonymous Content, directed the edgy thriller "Hard Candy" in 2005. The British music video director has also been attached to the Neil Gaiman adaptation "Neverwhere" for the Jim Henson Prods., and has been called in to meet on big-budget studio movies like "Wolverine" over the last 18 months.

Cameron Diaz in talks for 'Bobbie Sue'

Cameron Diaz is in final negotiations to topline Warner Bros.' legal comedy "Bobbie Sue," with Donald De Line producing.

Story centers on a hard-charging female ambulance chaser whose mindset makes her the ideal candidate to be the face of a prestigious law firm when a powerful client is sued in a sexual discrimination case.

Warner bought the spec script by Russell Leigh Sharman, Owen Egerton and Chris Mass in the fall. Dana Fox is polishing the screenplay.

De Line senior VP Andrew Haas is exec producing "Bobbie Sue."

Warner-based De Line produced recent releases "I Love You, Man" and "Observe and Report" and is developing "Yogi Bear" with Karen Rosenfelt.

Diaz will be seen next in New Line drama "My Sister's Keeper" with Alec Baldwin and Abigail Breslin.

Two Sign on for 'Iron Man 2' Roles

Kate Mara and Clark Gregg have joined Marvel's "Iron Man 2," being directed by Jon Favreau and currently shooting in Manhattan Beach, Calif.

Mara's role is being kept under wraps.

Gregg is returning as Agent Phil Coulson of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Gregg next appears in "(500) Days of Summer," being released July 17 by Fox Searchlight. Gregg, who stars opposite Julia Louis-Dreyfus on CBS' "The New Adventures of Old Christine," directed and co-wrote "Choke." He is repped by UTA and 3 Arts Entertainment.

Mara has also joined Michael C. Hall, Sarah Silverman and Rainn Wilson in the indie ensemble comedy "Peep World," being directed by Barry Blaustein for Occupant Films. The movie shoots this spring.

Additionally, Mara, repped by WMA and Goodmanagement, booked a recurring stint on HBO's "Entourage," where she plays a potential love interest to Kevin Connolly's character.

LINDSAY Lohan is drowning her sorrows over her breakup with Samantha Ronson in a sea of men -- and some friends are terrified she'll go down the road Britney Spears traveled two years ago. Except that, unlike Spears, Lohan doesn't have a stable family member to lean on.

The faux lesbian has been "a complete and utter wreck" since Ronson broke it off with her two weeks ago, and has been spending time with "a different man every night," said one concerned friend. Some of the guys include "90210" star Kellan Lutz -- who "has been out of town this week, but they are in constant contact," the friend said -- as well as British paparazzo Chris Jepson.

On April 15, Lohan and Jepson were inseparable at a Hollywood Hills house party. According to a spy, they even went into a bathroom together and didn't come out for quite some time.

Friends fear that Lohan is in a "meltdown" situation and has no career to fall back on.

Lohan, who can't get an acting gig because of her antics and the high cost of insuring her, is said to be interested in joining the burlesque "Peepshow" at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The show stars former Spice Girl Melanie Brown (Mel B/Scary Spice) as mistress of ceremonies Peep Diva, while Kelly Monaco is Bo Peep, the Diva's timid protégé. Lohan joined the duo backstage after catching the show Saturday night and approached the director about a part, which would require her to appear topless.

Meanwhile, since the Ronson split, the former starlet has not only gone back to men -- she's also gone back to partying all night, every night. Last week, she hit six clubs in one evening. Lohan doesn't have a rep and her former publicist didn't return calls.
